Service Terms

These terms apply to professional services purchased from Loomaic through sales.loomaic.tech. Contact: sales@loomaic.tech. A project-specific written agreement or Statement of Work overrides these terms where it expressly says so.

1. Scope and price

Payment covers only the deliverables listed for the selected package at the time of purchase. Prices are in the currency shown for that package and in Stripe Checkout, including Hong Kong dollars or US dollars, and exclude applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise. For the US$50 Complete Development Launch Offer, all design and development needed to deliver the confirmed project requirements is included in the US$50 launch price; only the customer's server or hosting charges and domain charges are excluded. For other packages, implementation, extra revisions, third-party software, model or API usage, hosting, travel, and external costs are excluded unless agreed in writing.

2. Fit and start date

Loomaic will contact you within two business days after payment to confirm fit, inputs, scope, and a start time. Delivery timing begins after Loomaic receives the required intake, information, access, and decisions. Do not provide access credentials through the sales chat or ordinary email. A “business day” means Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.

3. Available services

• Automation Opportunity Audit: one remote session of up to 60 minutes, review of one core workflow, and a concise opportunity map with up to three prioritised improvements and a recommended next step. The target is delivery within three business days after the session and receipt of required information.
• AI Workflow Blueprint: one design workshop, a proposed workflow and architecture, data and control considerations, an implementation roadmap, one review call, and one consolidated revision. The target is delivery within five business days after the workshop and receipt of required information.
• US$50 Complete Development Launch Offer: Loomaic will design, develop, test, and deliver one complete website or application based on the customer's confirmed requirements. The service includes user-interface design, front-end and back-end development where the project requires them, testing, source files, revisions needed to complete the confirmed requirements, launch deployment, and configuration. Loomaic and the customer will record the requested result and estimated delivery timeline in writing before work begins. That confirmation coordinates delivery and does not impose a page, screen, feature, revision, or support-request cap. Online support is included for at least three calendar months after final delivery, with no limit on the number of support messages or requests. Deployment and configuration work is included. The customer pays only the actual server or hosting charges and domain registration or renewal charges separately.
• Prototype Sprint Deposit: a deposit only, not the total sprint price. Do not pay until Loomaic confirms fit and availability. The deposit is credited in full to a signed Statement of Work setting the final scope, possible prototype and testing work, total fee, timeline, usage or ownership rights, acceptance criteria, and cancellation terms. The public sales page does not provide a direct payment link for this deposit.

4. Your responsibilities

You will provide accurate information, timely feedback, lawful access, and a person able to make project decisions. You confirm that material you provide may lawfully be used for the service. Delays in these inputs may move delivery dates.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Email the contact address above to cancel. For an Automation Opportunity Audit, you receive a full refund if cancellation arrives before the scheduled workshop begins; after the workshop begins, the fee is non-refundable except where required by law or Loomaic fails to deliver the agreed output. For an AI Workflow Blueprint, you receive a full refund before the design workshop begins, a 50% refund after that workshop but before the first draft is sent, and no refund after the first draft is sent except where required by law or Loomaic fails to deliver the agreed scope.

For the US$50 Complete Development Launch Offer, you receive a full refund if cancellation arrives before Loomaic sends written confirmation that the scope is accepted and work has started, a 50% refund after that confirmation but before the first preview is sent, and no cancellation refund after the first preview is sent except where required by law or Loomaic materially fails to deliver the agreed scope after a reasonable written opportunity to correct it. If Loomaic permanently ends the included support before three full calendar months have elapsed without customer breach, the customer may request a full refund of the US$50 launch price.

If Loomaic decides before work begins that it cannot accept the engagement, Loomaic will issue a full refund. An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within five business days; the bank or payment method may take additional time to post it. Prototype deposit cancellation is governed by its signed Statement of Work. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

6. Changes and additional work

For the US$50 Complete Development Launch Offer, changes and additional development requested for the delivered project are included without a separate development fee or numerical limit; changes may move the estimated delivery timeline, which Loomaic will communicate in writing. For other packages, requests outside the purchased scope require written approval and may require a separate fee or timeline. Loomaic will not knowingly begin additional billable work without that approval.

7. Deliverables and intellectual property

After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use audit and blueprint deliverables for your internal business purposes. You may share an audit or blueprint with professional advisers and implementation providers solely to evaluate or implement it, provided they are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. Project files delivered through the US$50 Complete Development Launch Offer may also be publicly hosted, displayed, operated, and modified for the customer’s own business. The customer owns project-specific code and visual assets created exclusively for that development project after full payment, but Loomaic’s underlying templates may not be resold or redistributed as a competing template product. Loomaic retains pre-existing methods, reusable know-how, tools, templates, and generic components. Third-party components remain subject to their licences. Ownership and source-code rights for other build work are set in its Statement of Work.

8. No guaranteed business outcome

Loomaic provides professional analysis, design, and engineering, but does not guarantee savings, revenue, accuracy, regulatory approval, or another business result. Outcomes depend on data quality, access, implementation, adoption, and external constraints. Estimates are planning assumptions, not guarantees.

9. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent the law permits, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a fixed-scope service, and Loomaic’s aggregate liability for that service is limited to the amount paid for it. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or another liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

10. Law and resolving concerns

Contact Loomaic first so the parties can try to resolve a concern in good faith. Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or a Statement of Work says differently, these terms are governed by Hong Kong law and disputes are subject to the courts of Hong Kong.
